Başka canlıların çevre koşullarına uyum sağlayabilmek için sahip oldukları biyolojik özelliklere sahip olmayan insan, içinde bulunduğu çevre koşullarına uyum için bazı önlemler almaya başlıyor. Since man does not possess the biological characteristics that other living creatures have that enable them to adapt to environmental conditions, certain other measures had to be taken to ensure that he would be able to do so. If the pit shelters and the fences used for protection against the severe winds of the nomadic period are taken into consideration, it can be said that shelter oriented production, through a process of increasing diversification, has been going on for hundreds of thousands of years.
